Unpaid Duties Parcels Returned to Us:
If duties or taxes are refused or unpaid, and the parcel is returned to us by customs:
- A refund will be issued for the product only
- Original shipping fees will not be refunded
- Any additional return or customs charges incurred will be deducted where applicable
